Our Policies

MINIMUM ORDER:

Retail: No applied minimum quantities or amount for retail customers.
Wholesale: You will have to create an account in order for you to see the wholesale site. This site is strictly for approved vendors only. Wholesale orders should be more than $150.00.

TERMS: All prices are FOB Los Alamitos, California. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Cards, American Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal. Net 30 for customer with signed trade references and bank information; subject for approval and strictly for Wholesale Buyers Only. (We reserve the right to refuse a Net 30 request}We do not ship COD.

SHIPPING: We ship by UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Your website order will be processed 2 – 3 business days. Freight cost will be added to your order during processing. Standard shipping is applied for all web orders.

BACKORDERS: Our website could not reflect our current inventory. It is possible that some items listed on the website could be out of stock. If an item is not available, we will place the item on back order and ship when it is available. If the item is back ordered for 30 days or more, we will call the customer to see if they still want the item. We strive to always have inventory and rarely have back order.

CLAIMS/RETURNS: All sales are final and returns must be approved by The Rose Lady. All damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns will not be accepted 30 days of invoice date. We are not responsible for damage due to customer or consumer use or abuse.

PRIVACY POLICY: The Rose Lady assures you that your information and privacy will always be protected. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone at anytime for any reason what so ever.
